Custom Orders

We are always happy to produce custom orders. So, if what you want is out of stock, or you'd like a particular yarn or kit in another colourway, a different fibre base or weight, just fill in the Contact Form and we'll confirm the price and let you know how long it will take to produce it for you (usually within a week). 

Please note that some yarns, for example camelhair, are coloured and so cannot be dyed with pale or pastel hues. Some colour recipes will also vary considerably depending on the fibres to be dyed, and even on different yarn weights, but we can advise what's possible.

When it's ready to ship, we'll add a custom listing to this page and email you a link to complete the purchase.  For orders in excess of 250g of yarn, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price will be payable before the yarn is dyed.

Please note:  Custom yarn orders may not be returned for a refund unless the yarn is faulty.
