Loyalty Scheme

All customers are invited to join our Loyalty Scheme. Please note - membership is not automatic - you do need to opt in, using the form below. Your account will start in the month you join and run for periods of six months.

How does it work?  Whenever you make a purchase from this webstore, you earn one point for every £1 you spend, excluding shipping costs. We automatically record your purchases against your account in order to calculate your reward. (NB: Purchases from our Etsy and Ravelry stores are not included in the scheme.)

How much can I earn in vouchers?  Every six months, we convert any points you've accumulated into a voucher, which is valid to spend in the webstore for a further six months.

Spend £100 within 6 months and get a voucher code worth £5 = 5% of your spend.

Spend £150 and get a voucher code worth £10 = 6.6% of your spend.

Spend £200, get £15 = 7.5%.  Spend £250, get £20 = 8%.

Spend £300, get £25 = 8.3%.  Spend £350, get £30 = 8.5%. 

Spend £400 or more, get a voucher to the value of 10% of the total spent.

Any unused points are carried forward into the next six month period. For example, if you have 123 points, we email you a £5 voucher code with our calculation, and carry forward 23 points into the next period.
