Customers are invited to join our Loyalty Scheme. Please note - membership is not automatic - you are required to opt in, using the form below. Your account will start in the month you join and run for periods of six months.

How does it work?  Whenever you make a purchase from this webstore, you will accumulate points. We automatically record your purchases against your account.  (We regret that purchases from our Etsy and Ravelry stores are not included in this scheme.)

You earn one point for every £1 you spend, excluding shipping costs. For example, you buy a skein of yarn for £24 and a pattern for £6. The total spend is £30 plus shipping, so 30 points are added to your account.

How much can I earn in vouchers?  At the end of each six month period, we convert any points you've accumulated within that period into a voucher, which is valid to spend in the webstore for a further six months.

Spend £100 within 6 months and get a voucher code worth £5 = 5% of your spend.

Spend £150 and get a voucher code worth £10 = 6.6% of your spend.

Spend £200, get £15 = 7.5%.  Spend £250, get £20 = 8%.

Spend £300, get £25 = 8.3%.  Spend £350, get £30 = 8.5%. 

Spend £400 or more, get a voucher to the value of 10% of the total spent.

Any unused points will be carried forward into the next six month period. For example, if you had 123 points, we would email you a £5 voucher code and carry forward 23 points into the next period. We will email you our calculation, together with your voucher code. Please do get in touch if you have any queries, or if you think our calculated points score for you is wrong.

Please Note:

• The full value of the voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction and there is no cash alternative.
• Each voucher code is valid for six months and can only be used once.
• The webstore will not accept more than one code per transaction.
