Spring Equinox Shawl Kit - Baby Alpaca Silk 4-ply

A pretty crescent-shaped shawl in an original lace design, worked in a single 100g skein of 4-ply yarn.  The skill level for this design is classified as Intermediate, for those with some experience in knitted lace.

There are also options for beading, using just a few or lots of beads, throughout the shawl or just on the edging - the 4-ply all-over beaded version shown in the first picture uses just over 1,000 beads.

The original was knitted using 4.00mm circular needles. Finished size after blocking 130cm wide by 45cm deep.

The kit includes the printed pattern and a 100g (400m) skein of our hand-painted 70% Baby Alpaca, 30% Silk 4-ply yarn, sufficient to make the shawl as written.
